No Pole Experience or just some, this is the right class for you!
Begin your journey with our V-Fit warm up, and upper body, lower body and core conditioning. In this class you will learn hand positioning, basic pole poses, basic spins, grip, and pirouettes along with body posture. You will learn how to gain momentum on a static pole, leg and foot positions, and hooks. We will combine what we learn in a fun choreography and end with floor work and a cool down stretch.
You Completed our 4 or 8 wk program and you are ready to take it to the next level.
This is the right class for you! Continue your journey with our V-Fit warm up, upper body, lower body and core conditioning, along with the resistance training that you will need to begin combo spins, side and front climbs, advanced poses, braces and spinning climb. We combine what we learned in a fun choreography and end with floor work and a cool down stretch.
After completing our 8wks program and with an instructor's referral, you are ready to train in a more intense Pole routine.
Continue your journey with our V-Fit warm up, upper body, lower body and core conditioning along with the resistance training that you will need to learn advanced transitions, musicality, control and coordination on a variety of advanced inversions and climbs, advanced poses and spins. By the end of this class you should be able to create a 2min routine and free style. We end with a cool down stretch.
It's time to take it to the next level.
Beginner & Intermediate: If you’ve learned all the beginner spins but aren't quite ready for full-on intermediate inversions and climbs, this is the place for you.This class will help you take all the basic skills (spins, transitions, hand and foot positioning) to a more stylized level. Experience a longer warm up for increased flexibility and a new comfort level with more difficult spins. You'll be ready for intermediate in no time!
Intermediate & Advanced: So we made it this far, why not take it to the Xtreme, strengthen your fundamentals (Inversions, climbs, combo spins, inverted spins and poses) before moving into the X-treme moves.
Stretch, flex, reach, lift, tone, tighten!
This one hour program will take you through a series of plyometric movements specifically designed to prime the body for pole dancing. PolePhysique incorporates the pole, resistance bands and medicine balls to build the strength needed for those tough pole tricks. An experience like none of our other classes, you'll discover a An experience like none of our other classes, you'll discover a side of yourself you probably haven't seen in a while, if ever! This "all levels" class focuses on the subtle transitions that are key to a sexy, fluid routine. You will learn variations on the "diva walk" and body waves, explore the essential movements of floor work, and practice the art of touch. Consistency in this class will improve your balance, fluidity, flexibility, and most importantly, make you feel fabulous each time. Try Sexy Flow and reveal the sensual diva within you!

Let's get down to the basics, this 75 min; all levels class was designed to transform fitness into dance. Over the course of the month , we will break down each move while learning choreography to a full song; we work on fluidity and musicality while achieving flexibility and movement control. Each month our class is infused with different genre providing you with the tools and moves to add to your own repertoir.
